For the first time ever, JessEm's 8-Piece Tab-Lock™ Insert Ring Set is proudly 100% manufactured in Canada. As part of our commitment to North American manufacturing, we've made significant investments to bring our plastic production in-house—designing, building, and manufacturing not only every insert ring but also the tooling and dies used to produce them.

Designed for JessEm router tables, router lifts, and router plates featuring our patented Tab-Lock™ system, this premium insert ring set gives woodworkers the flexibility to safely and accurately use a wide range of router bit diameters while maximizing workpiece support around the cutter.

Each insert ring installs or removes with a simple ¼-turn, allowing for quick bit changes and minimizing setup time. Every ring is clearly laser-marked for easy identification and stores neatly in the included premium MDF storage caddy, which holds all eight included rings plus the three standard insert rings supplied with every JessEm router lift.
